Come on down to the Branch and enjoy the fun. We have every week, Friday night darts, starts at 8 pm. Saturdays we have our meat draw, 50/50 and weekly draw. We have started our beer specials all week now. The public is very welcome out and enjoy any of these events. Last week's winners for the Friday night darts were Larry and Craig. We had two teams tied for 2nd, Moose and Paul and Betty and Gary. Richard won the Doubles, congratulations. Good luck next week. Look to the Legion news for when Monday Night Bar Darts, Tuesday Night Zone Travel Darts start.

On Saturday August 27th, Tim held a dart tournament. It was a very nice turn out. The winners are 1st place - Brenda and Tim N , 2nd place Betty and Richard H., 3rd Craig T and Paul.

We are having Roast Beef for the Seniors dinner coming in September 14th, 3 pm to 6 pm. Always the 2nd Wednesday of the month. With Gord Ciliska playing.

Legion week is coming up this month. On Saturday September 24, we have Joey Purpura the Neil Diamond Impersonator and a Pasta dinner. Dinner at 6pm and the Show at 7 pm. Tickets on sale now at the Branch and they are limited. Cost$15 in advanced and $20 at the door. Get your tickets early it is a wonderful show.

The children dart program will be starting the Saturday after Thanksgiving . Look to to the news for when it will start.

Looking forward to seeing all the members at the General Meeting Wednesday September 7th @ 7 pm after the summer holidays. The new membership cards are in. Get yours early!
